Change of Ownership for Act Today

As of 1st April 2021, Act Today will be owned and operated by Act ANZ Pty Ltd. It’s a big change however we want to assure our valued customers that it will be business as usual. We will continue trading as Act Today with the same team of wonderful support staff and consultants. Find out what lead to the change and what is ahead for Act Today.

There has been some big news at Act Today this month! As of 1st April 2021, we have had a change of ownership. Act ANZ Pty Ltd is now the new owner of Act Today with CEO Josh Noonan, leading the way. 

Josh has been a senior CRM consultant with Act Today since 2003. He has an extensive range of technical skills and business experience as well as a strong passion and vision for Act!. Josh is also a member of the International Advisory Council to Act! (BPAC). Find out more about Josh.

We will continue trading as Act Today with the same team of wonderful support staff and consultants. As our valued customers, we want to assure you that we will sustain the reputation and standing that Act Today has managed to build over the past 30 years along with a new, fresh vision that will improve the services and support that we offer you. Please note however that our bank account details have changed so check your invoice/order prior to any payment.

So why the change? Act Today’s Founder and previous CEO, Michael Bryant has now retired after 30 years working with Act! CRM. Back in 1992, Michael started Act Today, providing Act! consulting and support services for businesses all over Australia before building up a team of specialised CRM consultants, across Australia and New Zealand. We wish Michael well in the next chapter of his life and thank him for sharing his knowledge and expertise with so many people.
