Approach
Margifox evaluated how its sales reps, customers, product ranges, and marketing collateral were managed, identifying the need for a unified CRM system that could give visibility over all these moving parts.
They planned for the CRM to track each rep’s calendar and activities, and to record what products each customer bought — enabling the business to match the right marketing and education materials to the right customers at the right time.
Solution
They implemented Act! CRM as their central CRM solution. With it, they were able to manage sales reps’ calendars; view and track customer purchasing history; and customise business-specific activities (such as education and events) to support their distribution model.
