They selected the system that allowed custom fields and categories suited to their specific operations—then configured it to replace the spreadsheets and streamline mass-mailouts, record look-ups and integration with financial systems.
Solution
The CRM was customised so that Yalari staff could view complete records of clients, sponsors and volunteers—including history, financial data and interactions—in one place. The system was integrated with their accounting software, and tailored fields/categories were built to reflect Yalari’s unique business model.
Experience
The new system enabled Yalari to streamline business processes including mail-outs, mass emails and record look-ups across multiple fields. Administrative work was reportedly reduced by up to 60%.
